I took a GPS fix on the moorings at Douglas Harbour. There are a number which had already been winterized or have not surfaced this year. With snow on the ground its hard to think about spring and the start of sailing season, but before you know it we'll again be scraping bottoms and polishing topsides. The Douglas Harbour Committee would welcome comments from any members with ideas or concerns for the Douglas Harbour facility. We will be soon having our first meeting of the season , to try to put together an agenda for the year and to prepare a budget.
