Donated by Laurie Legere and L&A Machine Shop in 1985 as a challenge to the boats of the Digby, Saint John Yacht Clubs and FYC to be sailed on Grand Lake on the second weekend in September yearly. Laurie gave the trophy and running of the race to FYC when he sold his yacht. This is the only open race at FYC and the trophy is to be returned to FYC each yer to be raced for again.
