NOTICE TO MEMBERS
This weekend there will be two work parties at Fredericton Base. It is assumed the river will be low enough to allow this work.
Friday, May 13 at 1:30 – Installation of Docks
The docks are currently spread out on the upper wharf. They will be loaded from there and moved to the river down the launch ramp.
We will need at least 12 to 14 members for this task, to handle chains to load and unload the docks, and to connect and position the docks at the two wharves.
Please do not park where the loader will have to maneuver.
- Saturday, May 14 at 8:30 – Clean-up of Yard
Please bring tools appropriate for cleaning up river debris from the yard, trimming brush, etc.
Work will include cleaning up around your boat, including removal of rotten blocking, framing, horses and other debris.
Also, remove all materials currently strewn on the grassed slope along the fence. This slope needs to be free of materials to be trimmed.
